Thread Rolling

Rochford Engineering have the ability to thread most types of material ranging from 3mm to 10mm diameter, single or double ended as required. We offer both metric and imperial standards.

We provide a fast, precise and consistent product that eliminates the need to closely monitor thread making production and results in significant cost savings. Typical applications include automotive, aerospace, construction, medical, tooling, and electrical goods.

Screw Cutting

We can screw cut threads from 6mm to 40mm diameter on our dedicated screw cutting machine, other sizes can be produced on our CNC lathe.

In addition to the above we also offer:
