With demand for turned parts in our fabrications increasing, we invested in a Hurco TM6i turning centre and now have access to a Mazak 430A Vertical Mill.

This allows us to offer a complete machining process, we can also help to design parts using CAD for prototyping.

The Hurco CNC TM6i lathe has a 12 station tool turret with a generous CNC turning diameter and turning length allowing us to offer competitive pricing across a wide range of part sizes and applications in a variety of materials. keepsMaximum bar capacity is 45mm, with a maximum turning diameter of 316mm and a maximum turning length of 340mm. The single-piece bed casting provides much better control of cutting forces and the model is also optimised for bar-feeder work.
